Our factory is equipped with unique infrastructure facilities and manpower and has successfully implemented the HACCP based Food Safety System to meet the requirements of European Union Directives 91/493/EEC, 94/356/EC, EC852 & 853/2004 and US FDA regulations 21CFR Part 123.10:1240.

Electrical energy requirement of the factory is met by installing own generators of sufficient capacity with stand-by facility in addition to the government power supply system.

The water and ice required for the processing activities are derived from own resources and production and the pot ability of these major components are ensured by periodical testing in competent laboratory.  A flake ice unit is working inside the processing plant round the clock.

The capacity of the factory is supported by three blast freezers comprising 25 Metric Tons freezing per day and five cold storage chambers comprising 800Metric Tons storage.

The infrastructure of the factory provides adequate measures to control, eliminate or prevent any biological, chemical or physical food adulteration. I.e. Dust & Fly proofing system, Rodent Control, Corrosion resisting etc.

The sanitary and hygiene standard of the factory as well as the workers are ensured by periodical testing of Sanitary Survey Samples in competent outside laboratories keeping sufficient records.

All the processing or packing tables, utensils and other equipments are of stainless steel and freezing trays are of plastic to prevent corrosion.
